Did you see this video? A California gym is offering a class called Cane Fu, teaching Seniors to defend themselves with their canes. After watching the video, it would appear that the class does help Seniors with their cardio and they look to be having fun with it. My question is: Do classes like this actually help? Or, do they empower our Seniors with a false sense of security? I do know this: The first Senior to implement this new fangled form of martial arts successfully is certain to have a viral video!
